If you can’t do this just stop playing
Thank you! I was just about to cosider dye.
Great video, I use so many of your tools you sell. It is indeed the ‘Snap-On’ of the guitar world ahah 🤙
acoustic?
Mr. Luther
Stupid Gibson!!!! Is everything weak about them!?!?!? Neck & headstock breakge! Tuning issues because of string angle from nut! Now you cant even put MASKING TAPE on the finish!!!! Lol ridiculous!!
Incorrect. Pull the string all the way through, then pull back to second fret. Cut wire & hand wind, making sure the wire wraps neatly. Along with how you play, I know people playing for 40 years and they’ve broken a string twice in 40 years.
Good grief!!! Thanks for making me watch the entire video.....I could not pause this video to return later to finish. Now I am late to an appt! lol
Trigger reminds me of an old truck that some old timer is driving, and people come along and ask why he doesn't restore the thing or sell it and get a new one. Because that old truck works, and the little dings and dents aren't just scratches, they're memories and moments from over the years, good and bad. That old truck will have its quirks and things wrong with it, but it still gets on, it might not look as good as it did when it was new, but to change it means it won't be the same anymore.
What a great saying at the end.
Tks guys 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Why is a double action ever desired? Isn’t string tension enough?
I bought a Guitar for 100 once with a brand new nut and made the mistake of cutting the strings before removing tension. That sucker split into two piece all the way down to the wood at the 6th string. I was bummed out for sure
I hate how this feels a bit tin foil hat-ey but is on the money about the current state of music and musicianship
Only a tech will tell that you don't use screwdrivers on a classical guitar.
How bout harmonic at 12th and fretted note at 12 th.
Well you got me to suscribe ! good video sir. Short sweet direct and no B.S. I like it that way. Thank you !! now I know !!
I Wish you could had been the granpa i never had
Love that P13 pup! Jump blues time.
Are you Superman ?
❤😮❤stumac setup kit prices are stupid way over priced. 900.00 for for toy hammer some files and filler guages. 😂 what is going on with that ???❤😢❤
❤😮❤ does the finger board need relief bow in middle or straight as possible. Intonation is sharp when fretted everywhere...
❤😢❤ i was kind of sad that more detail was not taught on set up of acustic guitars ... I got 1.5mm string height frist fret.
❤😢❤ i losened the truss rod till nut was lose 100% still could not get a forward lean. ? Getting a buz at 1-2-3 frets on high strings 4mm at 12th 3mm at 7th fret.

This guitar is actually the PAW-3 Akira Wada model guitar (Guitarist of PRISM, japans first fusion band). P-project is fernandes pro brand started by legendary guitar builder Yatsuse Saijo. He left Fernandes in the 90s and builds guitars and basses under Saijo Guitars name now. Extreme attention to detail is given for all guitars he built, designing everything from a patented locking tremolo system to pickups made from scratch, working together with Akira Wada to get the tone and playability he was trying to achieve. Saijo still does maintenance and repair for some of japans top musicians together with his son at his workshop in Seijo, Tokyo.
I love watching people who are extremely good at their craft doing their thing
Well fone. Thank you.
Excellent step by step presentation. A bunch of tips to add to my arsenal. Thanks
I owe you 50€ my rat of a luthier would've asked that price.
I went in thinking ,"Oh this should be interesting" and after the first five minutes I found that to be the under thought of almost all time. I was unable to break away for the rest of the build......YOU ,Mr Bashkin's are a master of your craft and very enjoyable to watch work.🔥🔥
Very good. Thanks.
Great video! Very clear and honest about how you can fix your guitar concerns yourself... without the guitar snobbery that comes from many people who would just tell you to buy a better guitar!
I learned this by accident many years ago and later learned that I was performing intonation on the guitar.its good eat training too, but most can't do it by ear. They need an electronic device to do it.
I do it differently I do string 5th fret and 12th fret, and I've been doing that as long as I can remember
you know youre not leo fender right ?
In your other video about flash coats you mixed half thinner and half retarder with a little lacquer, how much retarder do you generally recommend for flash coats?
Wow, super clear and concise advice here. No frills, only the important info is presented very clearly. Instant subscribe! Thanks for posting this!
I'm just amazed, that a cap actually came off of an opened container of super glue, without a chainsaw,,,,😂
Very nice
You’re godsent!
Finally!!! Thank you!
Only one of my electric guitar string giving out no/very very little sound. What could be the problem? the first string high e string. When Im tapping on the poles of the pickups , all the poles are giving out a sound, loud and clear...but only the one high e string doesnt give sound when playing through the amp...rest all the strings are playing great. This happened after the string snapped and i put in a new string.
🎉🎉🎉
Dual-action being superior because they can do anything you need them to for any reason
Not all guitars are on google
Good to know and great to-the-point video. Unfortunately for me, the one I’m having problems setting up is a Frankenstrat made from parts I bought from a local guitar store’s attic sale just before they closed. 😂
Mate……. Set the pups with a clean amp FFS 🙃
I enjoyed this thanks a bunch
Dan is a national treasure. Thanks Dan!
